1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Pregnancy Test Scanner Checker (“the app”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.

2. Not medical advice

The app uses artificial intelligence to help you read a photo of a home pregnancy test and gives general cycle and pregnancy information. AI readings can be wrong. The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose pregnancy or any condition, and does not replace your test’s instructions or a healthcare professional. Confirm results with a healthcare provider.

Cycle, fertile-window, ovulation and test-date predictions are estimates. They are not a method of birth control and must not be used to prevent pregnancy. Pregnancy week-by-week content is general information only. If you have pain, bleeding or any concern, seek medical care.

3. Free tier, subscriptions and free trials

Some features are free. Pro features (such as full AI readings, fertile window and test dates, line progression and the weekly pregnancy guide) are available through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the store purchase sheet before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm, or at the end of a free trial if one is offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you don’t cancel a free trial before it ends, you will be charged. Manage or cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions) or your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not reverse engineer, overload or misuse the app or its AI services, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos and data you add. The app, its design, text and branding belong to the developer or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

6. Third-party services

The app relies on Google Firebase, Google Gemini (AI), RevenueCat, Google Play and the Apple App Store. Their availability and terms are outside the developer’s control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI readings or predictions. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version stays at this URL. We may suspend access in case of misuse. You can stop using the app at any time.
